We have created our Mission Statement as a way of communicating to you, our customer, the guiding principles of our company. While the details of the Mission Statement may change over time, the underlying principle of delivering an A+ service experience will never change.

Purpose

Our purpose is to provide excellence in all areas of service to our customers. Our work is not only at the jobsite – it is within all forms of communications and contact with customers, vendors, and team members.

Our Team

We strive to work as a team, on a common mission, in pursuit of the same high ideals. We hire, train, motivate, and reward based on 3 main hallmarks: Integrity, Personal Responsibility, and Commitment. We expect our team members to perform to high standards with enthusiasm and willingness to “do the unexpected” to serve our purpose.

If you don’t know where you are going, you will probably end up somewhere else.

Our Goals are Your Goals

An A+ Service Experience is the mutual goal of our company and our customers. This requires enthusiastic team training and cooperation. So our goal is actually a process to continually improve our technical, business, and customer skills.

Promotions and Profitability

Without promotion of our business, our mission fails. Our promotions will educate, inform, and persuade others to seek the unique experience that we offer our customers. With more customers, we can and will operate profitably. As a prudent business, this allows us to increase service, provide training, purchase better equipment, improve safety, and perhaps most importantly, provide meaningful employment opportunities. Without these, our mission will not be achieved.

Continuous Improvement

With more customers, we can and will operate profitably. As a prudent business, this allows us to increase service, provide training, purchase better equipment, improve safety, and perhaps most importantly, provide meaningful employment opportunities. Without these, our mission will not be achieved.

The shortest distance between two points assumes you know where you’re going.
